Jay Fawcett never ceases to surprise me. A national security Democrat, a retired Air Force Lt Colonel, Jay is running as a progressive in one of the most extreme right district's in America, Colorado's 5th, aka- Dobsonville. And it's looking like he may wind up being the first Democrat ever elected there! The latest Denver Post poll shows a dead heat. Retiring Republican Joel Hefley and other mainstream conservatives adamantly refuse to back the right wing fanatic running against Fawcett.

In the middle of all these, Fawcett, whose campaign was just bolseterd by a last minute infusuion of badly needed resources from an until now skeptical DCCC, took a moment out of his busy schedule to pick a personal favorite song for Crooks and Liars.
